Safety & Environment

We have an approach that protects our people, the environment, ensures a safe workplace and with education and training we will develop a world class methodology for the elimination of hazards, PPE selection, inspections and reporting.

Community

We will establish a partnership with our community through a process of mutual respect, by acting in accordance with our values. This can be achieved by :-

Production Start-up

We will commission and start production at Gold Ridge in a safe and timely manner within budget and with the support of the community. Start-up will meet the criteria detailed in the Feasibility Study (cost and schedule) and will be enabled by a competent workforce of "up-skilled" Solomon Islanders and supporting international expertise.

Mine and Plant Operations

We will operate the mine and process plant safely and efficiently with good housekeeping standards. We will enable our people to be well trained and skilled so that employees are productive, equipment is reliable and output is environmentally sustainable.
